Shipping Rates and Calculations

Delivery Timeframes

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

For Bulgaria only we offer open and test option, with return paid by the buyer.

We offer international shipping to select countries - EU and UK. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.
Customers from the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international shipments.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccuracies in the information provided by the buyer.
Shipping Questions
Please, note, that we don't accept any returns. The only exceptions can be made if there is a huge discrepancy between the description and the actual condition for the product.
