NOLD ships all orders within 1-3 business days with DPD or DHL to all countries within the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

All sales of sample and pre-loved products are final, except for instances of significant discrepancies between the item's description and the actual conditions.

In some countries where possible we ship with "test before you pay". If you decide to not keep the item during the test option, you can return it to NOLD straight from the pick up office or to the delivery courier. Otherwise, the sale is considered finalised.
